Abstract

En identifiant des perspectives de recherche sur les progiciels intégrés de gestion, 4 visions des projets PGI sont présentées. Elles reflètent les discours et les représentations de leurs promoteurs et des acteurs du changement dans l'entreprise :

  • une vision déterministe axée sur la nécessité de solutions industrielles basées sur une offre externe à l'entreprise ;
  • une vision ingénierique centrée sur l'homogénéisation et la cohérence du système d'information ;
  • une vision émergente fortement conflictuelle liée à l'absence de latitude perçue par la Direction Générale et la difficulté de prévoir les impacts sur le travail
  • une vision émergente dans un processus téléologique où les acteurs cherchent à s'appuyer sur certains effets qu'ils maîtrisent mieux que d'autres.
