Abstract


We propose mass customization method and tools in SME, including customer in product design. Our experimentation concerns products personalization on SME, targetting the final customer. According to our methodology, we reorganize the product design tools and the manufacturing tools and reduce the development time from 6 weeks to 48 hours. Virtual products could be available through the internet and then be manufactured once ordered by the end cutomer.
