Abstract


The objective of this research paper is to study the positioning of the different stakeholders during the implementation of an ERP project (controlling unit). We will attempt to go beyond the technical aspects by studying the social implications such as: transfer of knowhow, of information and power. We will also demonstrate that the involvement of the different stakeholders will depend on their awareness of the associated risks.
