Manager l'appropriation des solutions TIC : des controverses aux modes d'appropriation



This article purposes a renewal approach to manage the appropriation of ICT. From a case study conducted during 30 months, this article deals with the controversies deployed because of the implementation of ICT, and the emergence of appropriation mode, that is to say a common approach about ICT. From these results, we develop a method based on the management of controversies and appropriation modes. This method breaks with classical methods and leads managers to consider controversy as an opportunity to achieve the appropriation process and not as a management failure.
