Best reviewer award

To determine the best reviewer of the journal Systèmes d'Information et Management (French Journal of Management Information Systems), firstly, we have extracted from the journal's website database the list of all reviewers since 2009.

Secondly, we have shortlisted the reviewers who have always been responsive to the journal's requests. We regularly invite our stakeholders to help us ensure the reliability of our editorial process by completing their tasks on time. We wanted to recognize this effort. Reviewers are asked to comply with two delays, and not complying with these two delays excluded the reviewers from our shortlist: either the reviewers didn't accept or decline SIM's invitation to review an article within the 15 days allotted, or reviewers didn't submit their reviews within the 6 weeks allotted for the review.

Thirdly, we continued our selection by retaining only the reviewers who submitted reviews that were appreciated by the editors with a maximum score of 5 out of 5.

Fourth, among these reviewers, we gave preference to reviewers who had carried out more than one review over the last two years.

Complementary, we asked each member of the editorial board to nominate his or her best reviewer.

In the end, one reviewer emerged. His name is Julien De Benedittis.
