Abstract

This article purposes a renewal approach to manage the appropriation of ICT. From a case study conducted during 30 months, this article deals with the controversies deployed because of the implementation of ICT, and the emergence of appropriation mode, that is to say a common approach about ICT. From these results, we develop a method based on the management of controversies and appropriation modes. This method breaks with classical methods and leads managers to consider controversy as an opportunity to achieve the appropriation process and not as a management failure.

Anthony HUSSENOT. Post doctorant au CRP Henri Tudor (Luxembourg) et chercheur associé au CNRS-GREDEG (Nice Sophia-Antipolis), mes travaux portent sur les relations entre le collectif et les technologies en situation de travail. Ces recherches visent à identifier les dynamiques sociales et techniques en œuvre dans les processus d'appropriation des technologies de l'information dans les organisations.
