Since the late 60s, the organization through weak signals has been playing a leading role in Strategic Management. At the same time, the connection between information and decision has remained quitte vague and ambigous. Examining some conlusions of research on Business Intelligence, this paper is in line with the latest work about organiztional engineering of the conception of Attention Network.
