ERP implementation is quite often difficult mainly due to organizational impact of such tools. Based on experience collected during 2 international projects with split and take over of companies, this document is focusing on two topics. The first one is intercultural differences inside project team and the second one is the impact of complexity and changes on individuals and groups. - The 'integrity right': It can be claimed by the author if he finds that during an exploitation, his work has been distorted (cutting, reassembly...).
