The ERP implementation hides a complexity well known by the profession. This complexity is described as a combination of decision levels during the project implementation. The analysis of actual cases of ERP shows deviation from organisation targets. Three situations support this approach: perimeter covered by ERP, cross-organisation impact, technical irruption.
