This article summarizes two technological research years at the Banque Mutuelle. Our research question was : " How to improve the IT investments strategic evaluation process at the Banque Mutuelle ? " The resulting solutions borrow from the strategy, IT, innovation and Information Economics literature. The experiment mobilized both the top managers and 30 middle managers and professionals.
