Abstract

The aim of this article is to appreciate the effect of a decision support system on an individual semi-structured decision making process. In this way, we built our approach on a case study in the bank industry. Then we show the relations between communication and information technologies and decision making processes after the implementation of a decision support system. Finally, we judge the impact of this system in terms of procedural rationality.
