La recherche en management des systèmes d’information et les Objectifs de Développement Durable : état des lieux et propositions de recherche

Même si l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes constitue un droit humain fondamental, inscrit dans la Déclaration universelle des droits humains, nos sociétés sont encore éloignées de cette égalité. Par exemple, en France, les femmes gagnent en moyenne 22 % de moins que les hommes[1] et, à l’échelle mondiale, elles assument environ trois fois plus de travail domestique et de soins non rémunérés que les hommes[2]. Malgré quelques avancées, il faudrait encore plusieurs décennies, voire des siècles, pour atteindre l’égalité des sexes. Pour accélérer et promouvoir des sociétés plus justes, égalitaires, inclusives et soutenables, en septembre 2015, les 193 États membres de l’Organisation des Nations Unies ont adopté le programme de développement durable à l’horizon 2030, à savoir un cadre d’action universel fondé sur 17 Objectifs de Développement Durable (ODD) et 169 cibles à atteindre d’ici 2030. Ces ODD constituent un appel global à l’action pour éradiquer, entre autres, la pauvreté, les inégalités entre les sexes, protéger la planète et améliorer les conditions de vie de toutes les populations, tout en ouvrant de nouvelles perspectives économiques, sociales et environnementales.
