First Look

The First Look section provides early online access to papers that have been accepted for publication in Systèmes d’Information et Management (French Journal of Management Information Systems).

Articles appearing in this section have successfully completed the full peer-review process and have received formal acceptance by the journal. To ensure rapid dissemination of research results, the version made available here is the author-accepted manuscript (post-review, prior to final publisher layout). Each article can therefore be read and cited while awaiting final production.

Once copy-editing, typesetting, and final publication are completed, the publisher’s official version of record will replace the First Look file and the article will be moved to its corresponding volume and issue of the journal. The scholarly content will remain unchanged; only formatting and bibliographic details will be finalized.

In short, a First Look article is not a different category of submission—it is an accepted paper made available early to ensure timely access to new research.
